The Digital Label Inspection System is a fully automatic vision-based solution designed to detect label defects on high-speed bottling and packaging lines. Operating at up to 250 bottles/minute, an automatic pneumatic pusher removes rejected bottles in real time. The system features a touchscreen HMI, visual and audible alarms, inspection reporting, and Ethernet/USB connectivity. Measuring 1500 x 700 x 1600 mm and weighing approximately 120 kg, it integrates with existing conveyors and supports low-maintenance operation from 10^oC to 45^oC.
